The latest documentary on the ABC called How to Stay Young proposes Dance Classes as one of the best ways to exercise to help you stay young. According to the research "Dance Stimulates many more systems (then regular gym attendance), your brain, muscles, tendons, ligaments: so it is a much more holistic as a form of exercise and much more comprenhsive. Dancing is the better exercise because as well as being aerobic it requires flexibility and balance."
The evidence is staggering. Not only does dance keep your body fit, health and strong, but dance is also linked to keeping dementia at bay.
