Receptionist
Summary
Are you passionate about dance and ready to be the warm and welcoming face of Radiance Academy?
We're looking for a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our studio, dedicated to providing every dancer with an exceptional experience. Your role is to ensure that every interaction at the front desk feels like a warm embrace, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
This is a part-time role for 13 hours per week with the below standard hours starting in January 2024.
· Monday 3pm-6pm
· Wednesday 3pm-6pm
· Thursday 3pm-7pm
· Saturday 2pm-5pm
We’re open to adjusted hours and job sharing for the right person/s.
About You
We're looking for someone who embodies the spirit of Radiance Academy:

Key Responsibilities
· Reception: answering phones, addressing queries, and taking messages as needed; greeting dancers; processing payments.
· Retail Sales: assisting dancers with shoe fittings, and appropriate dance attire.
· Administrative Support: supporting dance teachers, maintaining a clean and organised studio, vending machine and retail store, as well as offering project support for our annual concert and other special events as necessary.
Experience & Qualifications
· A current Blue Card, or able to obtain (if over 18).
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
· Familiarity with dance or performing arts.
· Experience with children or youth.
· The ability to use and troubleshoot EFTPOS facilities would be beneficial.
· Prior experience in reception and/or retail is advantageous.

Administration Officer
Summary
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a love for dance?
Radiance Academy is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our dance studio. If you have a love for dance, an eye for detail, and are eager to support the success of our studio, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a part-time role for 15 hours per week with the below standard hours starting in January 2024.
· Monday 12pm-3pm
· Tuesday 9am-12pm
· Wednesday 9am-3pm
· Thursday 12pm-3pm

About You

Key Responsibilities
· Finance: accounts payable data entry, printing invoices for clients, receipting payments, BAS entry to ATO portal, accounts receivable.
· Marketing: preparing and scheduling social media, managing website content, assisting with other marketing collateral.
· Administration: managing incoming emails, supporting dance teachers, maintaining a clean and organised studio, and retail store, as well as offering project support for our annual concert and other special events as necessary.
· Reception: answering phones, addressing queries, and taking messages as needed; greeting dancers; processing payments.
· Retail Sales: assisting with ordering and merchandising, supporting dancers with shoe fittings, and appropriate dance attire.
Experience & Qualifications
· Attained Year 12 qualification or equivalent.
· Previous administrative or operational experience.
· Current Blue Card, or able to obtain.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
· Familiar with dance or performing arts.
· Experience with children or youth.
· Experience with Xero or other accounting software is highly beneficial.
· Social media content production using Canva and scheduling experience using Meta is desirable.
· Experience with Dance Studio Pro would be a strong advantage.

Dance Teacher
Summary
Are you an energetic, social and confident dancer with a love for teaching?
Radiance Academy is seeking a Dance Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will join an motivated and exciting team of dance teachers. If you have an apptitude for choreography, a great understanding of technique and great way with children, we are looking for you.
This is a part-time role starting in January 2024.
We’re open to adjusted hours for the right persons.
Key Responsibilities

Teach own choreography to dance students
Work as a part of a cohesive team
Provide safe dance classes
