May is off to a flying start!  This term is filled to the brim with exciting things we get to celebrate.  After two years of nothing much - it feels so good to be be at capacity with amazing opportunities.

Eisteddfod season is in full swing.  We had Kingaroy last weekend, solos are in Toowoomba at the moment.  Next weekend we have the Dance Affair and our High Tea.  Our Auditions are coming up at the next month.   So much excitement is coming our way!  

Please pop this date in your calendar if you are interested in auditioning for leads in the concert this year.  There will be more info coming your way shortly with what to wear, who can attend and what times.  If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send in a filmed audition.

Our incredible teams travelled far and wide on bumpy roads out to the Kingaroy Eisteddfod last weekend.  We had some beautiful dancing in tough competition.  50% of our teams received a place.  And all dancers learnt more about themselves and their performance ability.   Congratulations to all of our dancers and thankyou to all of the long suffering parents who supported their students so faithfully.  

Tickets are removed from Sale at 9am on Monday so that our caterers can prepare our delicious treats.  

On the 15 May we are going to have a studio celebration at the Highfields Cultural Centre.   We are very excited to unveil some new dance items, host a graduation ceremony for Vocational Students and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea together.  Please mark this date in your diary as the must see event of term 2.  

Everyone is invited to celebrate with us at this special event.

Term 2 accounts will be issued on the 15 April.  These need to be paid by the 19 April.  If you need more time to pay, please sign up for Auto-Pay here.  You don't need to re-book for term 2.  You only need to contact the office if you need to switch days or add additional classes to your profile.  

We have created a new timetable for this year.  Please refer to the dates below.  Of particular note is the fact that we are planning a full 40 weeks of dance plus 2 bonus weeks of fun.  

*ATOD now an online event - don't book any accommodation.  Possibly replacing this date with Lockyer Eisteddfod. 

Students from year 8 can now get involved with our Vocational Training Program which runs on Saturdays for the entire school year.  Students are able to study in-depth classical ballet, character, jazz, street, lyrical, contemporary and musical theatre whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification.  This amazing opportunity is available for high-school students and school leavers.  If you are interested in finding out more, please follow the link below to download the Prospectus.
